4. Laboratory Testing & Authorization

Certain laboratory tests require provider authorization. By purchasing:

You authorize HealSoma to coordinate lab authorization through a licensed provider when required.
You understand authorization does not create a doctor-patient relationship with HealSoma.
You acknowledge that authorization decisions are made at the discretion of the licensed provider.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory testing:

All lab purchases are final once authorized and processed.
Test kits cannot be returned once shipped.
Refunds may be considered only if the order has not yet been authorized or processed.

Interpretation services are non-refundable once completed.
