Every panel has different collection steps, and a few of them are easy to get wrong. We put together plain-language guides for each one, so you know exactly what to do the day your kit arrives.

This is not standard bloodwork.

Your kit arrives or you visit a local lab
Depending on the panel, you will either receive a home collection kit shipped directly to your door, or a blood draw order sent to your email to complete at a local lab near you. You will receive clear instructions either way. Full support is available every step of the way.

Receive your results
Results are delivered directly to you. If you added Provider Review at checkout, a licensed clinician will review your results and deliver a plain-language summary within 5 days- what the findings mean, what to pay attention to, and recommended next steps.
