I built the experience I wish I'd had.
I didn't have access to the answers. So I built a space where you do.
I was given labels before I was given answers. Prescriptions before anyone looked for a cause. I left appointments with paperwork and no clarity- feeling worse than when I walked in, and somehow responsible for it.
The disconnection was the hardest part. From my own body. From a system that was supposed to help. I did everything I was told and still felt absolutely terrible.
We are living in an environment that is making us sick in ways we rarely name out loud.
I became the doctor I wish I'd had.
For years I struggled with systemic lupus- a diagnosis that brought me face to face with how limited conventional medicine could be. After seven different doctors and treatments failed to give me true healing, I hit a wall. I was tired of being sick, tired of feeling dismissed, and tired of pills that masked symptoms without addressing what was really happening.
I became a doctor who specializes in functional and metabolic health because I wanted to help others tap into the body's incredible ability to heal itself.
Three things. Everything else follows.
Education
Accessibility
Credibility
The answers exist.
Access shouldn't be the barrier.
HealSoma was built on three things- education, credibility, and accessibility. The belief that the right information, delivered through people you already trust, at a price that doesn't require a specialist's waiting room, can change the trajectory of someone's health entirely.
This is not just a testing platform. It is a space for a bigger, more honest conversation about what it means to heal the body, mind, and environment together. That mission does not change. Everything else is just infrastructure built to serve it.
Built for the person who has been dismissed. Who suspects there is a root cause no one has looked for yet.
If that is you, you are in the right place.
