I built the experience I wish I'd had.

I didn't have access to the answers. So I built a space where you do.

I was given labels before I was given answers. Prescriptions before anyone looked for a cause. I left appointments with paperwork and no clarity- feeling worse than when I walked in, and somehow responsible for it.

The disconnection was the hardest part. From my own body. From a system that was supposed to help. I did everything I was told and still felt absolutely terrible.

We are living in an environment that is making us sick in ways we rarely name out loud.

The content we consume, the standards we are measured against, the disconnection from community and nature, the symptom-focused healthcare system that hands us a prescription and sends us home. Our culture shapes our cortisol, our gut, our hormones, and our sense of self-worth. These are not separate conversations. They are the same one.

I became the doctor I wish I'd had.

For years I struggled with systemic lupus- a diagnosis that brought me face to face with how limited conventional medicine could be. After seven different doctors and treatments failed to give me true healing, I hit a wall. I was tired of being sick, tired of feeling dismissed, and tired of pills that masked symptoms without addressing what was really happening.

I became a doctor who specializes in functional and metabolic health because I wanted to help others tap into the body's incredible ability to heal itself.

I decided to take control. I dove headfirst into natural medicine, functional healing, and integrative approaches. It wasn't easy, and it wasn't quick. But slowly I started to get my life back- all without relying on pharmaceuticals.

My journey didn't just change my health. It completely shifted my purpose.
