Getting started
No. HealSoma is designed for wellness professionals who are not licensed practitioners. Clinical oversight is handled by HealSoma's licensed team. You don't need your own license to order panels or share your assessment link.
No minimum. Order as little or as much as your practice needs.
Go to My Team in your dashboard. Add team members, admins, or VAs there and manage their access permissions.
Add the client in My Clients first. The Add Client form requires first name, last name, email, phone, street address, city, ZIP, state, and date of birth. Apt or suite is optional. Have all of this ready before you start the order.
Orders and kits
Does every panel ship a kit to my client?
Most panels send a home collection kit directly to your client's address. Some require a blood draw at a local lab instead—in those cases your client receives instructions by email from Fullscript rather than a physical kit. Check the panel details before ordering.
How long does it take to get results?
Most panels return results within 7 to 14 business days after the lab receives the sample. The GI-MAP Gut Health Test takes longer to process—allow extra time and let your client know upfront. You can track status in real time under Lab Orders.
My client received a Fullscript email. Is that normal?
Yes. HealSoma uses Fullscript for lab fulfillment. Your client will receive Fullscript-branded emails for kit confirmation, shipping updates, and results delivery. This is expected.
Can I order for a client in any state?
Not quite—a few states and territories are restricted. See the note below.
What if my client has a question about their kit or shipping?
Your client can contact Fullscript directly using the details in their Fullscript emails. You can also send them to hello@healsoma.com.
Results
Results are delivered directly to your client through Fullscript. They receive a notification when results are ready.
Not currently. Results go directly to your client, and your client can choose to share them with you. Partner access to results on the dashboard is coming in a future update.
