Build labs into what you already do

Three ways to offer HealSoma testing to your clients. Pick the one that fits how you already work- most partners start with one and add another later.

Option 01

Send a referral link

The fastest way to start. Your client orders from HealSoma at consumer pricing, and you earn $20 on every paid order. Nothing to build, and it's HSA/FSA eligible for your client.

  1. In your dashboard, go to Assessments.
  2. Toggle the assessment to Referral.
  3. Copy your referral link.
  4. Share it with clients however you like — email, DM, link in bio, or in a session.
CommissionsYour commissions appear under Commissions in your dashboard. You earn on any lab order placed after a client completes the assessment through your link.

OPTION 02

Sell from your own storefront

You set your own client-facing price and keep the margin. Works with any platform or payment method- Shopify, Square, GoHighLevel, or a simple payment link. Use whatever you already have.

Create each panel as a product in your storefront and set your price.
In your dashboard, go to Storefront Settings and enter the same client-facing pricing. This is what your client sees at the end of the assessment.
In Assessments, toggle the assessment to White Label and use that link with clients.
In Assessment Settings, set the custom CTA at the end of the assessment to point wherever you want your client to go next- your storefront, your email, your booking page.
When a client purchases, fulfill the order from your HealSoma dashboard.

Always collect a shipping address

The Lab Navigator does not collect shipping addresses in either mode. Whether or not you use the assessment, you need to capture your client's full mailing address at checkout or during intake. Without it, the order can't be fulfilled.

If you're not using the Lab Navigator assessment

Skip steps 3 and 4. You'll collect your client's details yourself at checkout, then create the client in your dashboard and order the right panel for them.

Your checkout must capture:

  • First name and last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Street address, city, state, and ZIP

Pricing lives in two places

Your storefront and your Storefront Settings need to match. If they drift apart, your client sees one price on the assessment and a different one at checkout.

OPTION 03

Include testing in a program

If testing is already part of a package you sell, there's nothing to set up. No storefront product, no assessment link. You collect your client's details as part of your normal intake, then order for them directly.

  1. Collect your client's details during your usual intake.
  2. In your dashboard, create the client under My Clients.
  3. Order the right panel for them.

Your intake must capture:

  • First name and last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Street address, city, state, and ZIP

How to bring it up with clients

The setup is the easy part. What stalls most partners is the conversation. These aren't scripts to read word for word- they're the four moments where testing comes up naturally.

When a client is doing everything right and not seeing results

You've been consistent, and your body isn't responding the way it should. That usually means there's something underneath we can't see from the outside. There's testing I can run that shows what's actually happening.

During intake or a goal-setting session

Before we build your plan, I'd rather work from data than guesswork. I offer functional lab testing that shows where your body actually is right now, so we're not guessing at what to prioritize.

When a client says their doctor told them everything is normal

That's genuinely good news, and it's worth trusting. Functional testing looks at a different set of markers and a narrower range — it's not a second opinion on your health, it's a closer look at how you're functioning day to day. It works alongside your doctor, not instead of them.

When a client asks what makes this different

You'll get your results directly, and you can add a physician review — a full report walking through what the markers mean, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and what to prioritize next. Most people find that's the part worth paying for, because raw results on their own are hard to act on.

Still not sure how to build this in?

Every business is set up a little differently, and sometimes the fastest path is just talking it through. Send us what you're working with- your platform, your programs, how you see testing fitting in- and we'll help you map it out.
