Your Options

The Lab Navigator

Optional

The Lab Navigator is your own assessment link. It asks clients about their symptoms, goals, and history, then gives clinically guided recommendations for the right testing. Every person who takes it becomes a lead in your dashboard, whether or not they order.

You do not need the Lab Navigator to sell testing. Clients can buy from you directly, or you can bundle testing into a program and order on the back end. The assessment simply helps clients arrive at the right panel with confidence.

White Label Mode

The assessment carries your brand. Set your client-facing pricing in storefront settings, and that is the price clients see at the end. Set your own custom closing message and button to send clients wherever you want: your checkout, a booking page, or your email. Your client pays you at your price. You order the lab at partner pricing and keep the difference.

Referral Mode

Clients order directly through HealSoma right after the assessment. HealSoma collects everything, including shipping address, and handles payment and fulfillment. You earn a $20 commission on every order, visible in the commission section of your dashboard. Nothing to build and no checkout required.

Getting Set Up

The universal setup

Every platform needs the same three things.

A product or service

Create the panel, or the program that includes it, in whatever tool you already use.

A price

You set it. You keep the margin.

The client's information

Collect it at checkout or intake.

The Process

How an order flows

Your client pays you at your price, through your checkout, your program, or however you already collect payment.

You log in to your dashboard and add them as a client using the information above.

You submit the lab order and pay partner pricing.

HealSoma fulfills the order. The kit ships to your client, and results follow.

Good to Know

Good to know

Testing cannot currently ship to New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Hawaii, or to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico. Confirm your client's state before they pay.

Fulfillment runs through Fullscript, so clients receive Fullscript emails for kit confirmation, shipping, and results.

Most results arrive 7 to 14 business days after the lab receives the sample. GI-MAP takes longer.

Referral commissions are paid via PayPal, so keep your PayPal details on file.
